HOW SKILLED OF A LIFTER ARE YOU?

WHAT WEIGHTS SHOULD YOU BE USING?

The moment you realize it's time to start using heavier weights is one of the most gratifying parts of kettlebell lifting and it coincides with one of our most frequently asked questions...

"Should I move up?"

Your safety is our #1 priority, and your specific fitness goals, how developed your technique is, how long you've been lifting and even how you feel that day can influence the answer.  You can take these tests and review the checklists on your own (copies are available at the front desk), but if you've ever watched video of yourself lifting you know that what we think we're doing and what we're actually doing don't always line up.

It's all a lot to try to evaluate on your own, which is why we developed "Level Up" sessions and encourage you to take them before making a change in your "medium" weight, or every 2-6 months (the newer you are the faster you'll progress and more frequently you'll want to be evaluated).

We'll take you through the fitness test we developed for the 21-Day Challenge so you'll have a record of your progress over time, and while you're performing the couple of minute sets of jerk, snatch and long cycle, your trainer will be analyzing your technique.

At the end of your session you'll have a clear understanding of where you're at in your kettlebell journey, what your next goal is, and what weights and speed you should be working at to achieve them fastest.

Visit the front desk to schedule or book online now!  We've priced this as low as possible at $50 + tax, for active clients only.

"This is the fittest I've been in a very long time. The people here are fantastic and the training and coaching are top-notch. I tried kettlebells on a whim and haven't looked back."
